There is no back garden but there is a 'back courtyard' right outside the back door. This is a private area which sees plenty of sun (as you can see in the picture opposite). It is a pleasant area for having meals at any time of the day. There is a secure gate (where the photo was taken from), this gate leads out (via an accessible tiled path) down the side of the villa to the front gate. There are therefore 2 accessible entrances to / exits from the villa.

There is an awning over the back half of this courtyard. This has been designed to allow sunlight in but keep you cooler than being in direct sunlight. It also acts as a shield for when you have the occasional shower and means you can leave things out there without the risk of getting them wet.
