The Mazarron Country Club is an urbanisation located on the South-East coast of Spain. Properties on the Country Club are predomanently owned by x-pats from all over Europe. About 50% of properties are occupied permanently and the remainder are rented out as holiday homes or lived in for periods of time throughout the year. The Country Club has its own large communal swimming pool (enabling wheelchairs easy access via a ramp, as shown at bottom of page) next to its own pavillion where you can get a good meal (at any time) and where they also hold regular events such as Kare-oake and Bingo.
